Site Director Position
Gloria Gates Memorial Foundation is seeking a caring, dependable, and motivated Site Director for our Overflow Church Location Afterschool Program.
Position Summary:
The Site Director is responsible for planning and supervising daily afterschool activities, assisting with homework, leading enrichment opportunities, and creating a safe, positive environment for students in grades K-6. The Site Director will work closely with the Executive Director, staff, families, schools, and community partners to support the success of the program.
Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
- 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- During the school year only
- Maximum of 20 hours per week
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Qualifications:
- Experience working with underserved and at-risk youth is highly encouraged.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be dependable, professional, and serve as a positive role model for children.
- Current PA Child Abuse and PA State Police clearances
- Applicant must agree to an independent background check.
